Mohammad Ridhwan bin Abd Malek is the CEO and Founder of Aerich W&C Sdn. Bhd., a leading waterproofing and construction company established in 2017. With over 13 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, he has successfully implemented advanced waterproofing solutions for a wide range of structures—enhancing structural integrity and preventing long-term water damage.
Ridhwan is also a seasoned corporate trainer, known for running impactful training programs, aligning team efforts with business objectives, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. His strong communication skills play a crucial role in effective staff training and organizational growth.
His leadership roots trace back to his time as a cadet and police cadet, with over 10 years of experience in the field, particularly within the Criminal Investigation Department (D5). Recognized for his conflict resolution capabilities and weapons training, he was recommended by the Royal Malaysia Police Training Center, Kuching Academy, for his outstanding self-defense skills and discipline.
Driven by a passion for helping others and a deep interest in construction, Ridhwan founded Aerich W&C to offer reliable, high-quality waterproofing services while educating clients on proper systems and solutions. His mission is to deliver excellence in every project, prioritizing customer satisfaction and long-term structural stability.

Eryna Binti Abd Hamid is the Co-Founder of Aerich Waterproofing & Construction, a company committed to delivering high-quality waterproofing and structural solutions. She holds a Level 4 Business (DKM) Certificate from the Ministry of Human Resources Skills Development Department and a Train The Trainer (TTT) Malaysia certification.
With over 15 years of experience in managing companies, Eryna combines practical leadership with a solid foundation in business strategy. She is skilled in interpersonal communication, team leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and emotional intelligence.
At Aerich, Eryna is responsible for overseeing company operations, guiding staff performance, and ensuring long-term success. She believes that leadership must be built on trust, responsibility, and perseverance—values that influence both team morale and business growth.
Eryna’s motivation for entering the industry stems from her belief that while anyone can start a business, long-term success requires in-depth industry knowledge, financial management, and creative thinking.
